Emergency Preparedness: Tom’s experience getting a generator
Purchased @Costco, engaged electrician, plumber, the city to update the gas
valve, gas company and a trickle charger. Approximate cost was $6500. Brief
mention of Cummins stand by generator option
Open Spaces: Paul Lyons: Work party for Springbrook Park scheduled for
January 17, 2025 from 9-11am. Planting of Cedars/Fir planned. Idea was floated
to consider moving to Sunday. The City will be doing another assessment for the
park in March
Traffic and Pathways: Bryan Spahr not in attendance hence no update.
Discussion ensued regarding traffic speed on Glen Eagle, suggestion to help
was speed counter. Additional concern regarding the intersection of Twin Fir and
Boone’s Ferry and the traffic generated from the French school. 55 seconds is
the marker for a light installation. Most advised that when they timed it, able to
turn within that parameter.

Sales: 2160 Crest Dr 1,295,00 2 New Construction on Uplands (2,198,00 &
2,995,000), Double lot on Egan Way 1,400,000. Possible teardown, the Bensons
Pending: Wembley Park
Neighborhood Engagement: arrange the picnic, possibly Jan and Jane
Old Business:
Follow up to CERT: Radio exercise Monday, City wide practice. GMRS radio
requires FCC License. Must register first for ID, then return for license. Channel
17 is repeater. CERT details found at Fire Dept website
New Business:
Brent Washburne reviewed the work already completed on the UNA website.
Utilized Evergreen Neighborhood Association as template.
Discussion ensued with ideas for completion. Link to John’s Woods Emergency
prep, Land Use overlay, link for Friends of Springbrook Park, Iron Mtn Park,
Neighborhood Enhancement Grant to pay for it
Brent will continue to build based on the feedback and email the board with
proposed modifications
